TBD Madison 5117, Elkins, AR 72727

Property Description

This hilltop hideaway is rural, secluded and perfect for off grid living. Property is high in elevation and has the opportunity to have great views, the electricity is at the property and water would have to be a well. One of the cool things about this property is that it has covenants but no real deed restrictions. The covenants essentially give the buyer access to the White River at the bottom of the mountain for swimming, fishing, kayaking, grilling and more. If you are looking for hunting land and/or a summer property to escape to when it is hot and muggy, this is something to make your own. Get away from all the hustle and bustle, into the peace and quiet, star-gazing away from light pollution, simple beauty. 4x4 HIGHLY recommended!
